Entry Requirements
1. foreign citizen with a valid foreign passport
--for the applicants whose parents are both or one of whom is a Chinese citizen and settled down abroad, and the applicants were born with a foreign nationality, who does not have Chinese nationality, as well as the residents of the mainland of China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan who have immigrated and obtained foreign nationality, their applications to enter DMU at the undergraduate level as international students, in addition to suiting the other admission requirements of DMU, should also provide a valid foreign passport or proof of foreign nationality for 4 years (including) or more, and have a record of actual residence abroad for 2 years or more within the past 4 years (a year of actual residence abroad of 9 months or more can be counted as one year, based on the entry and exit seal on the passport)
2. in good health, both mentally and physically, aged between 18 and 40
3. possessing a valid Bachelor Degree and eligible for admission
4. for English-taught program, internationally recognized proof of English proficiency,such as TOEFL / IELTS and etc./ the English-taught Certificate during undergraduate studies, must be submitted (except
for those whose official language is English). For the ones who cannot provide such certificates, the applicants must attend and pass the equal level English test organized by DMU.

*2. Passport first page, visa page (please ensure continuity).
*3. Bachelor's degree diploma or Enrollment Certificate of bachelor’s degree study (applicable to this year’s graduates who haven’t received the degree certificate)
According to Liaoning Province Government Requirement: Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese should be translated into Chinese and be certified by notarization. If you can not find translation organization, please contact CUCAS. Graduation certificate must be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in your country or notarized by a notary office in China.
*4. Undergraduate school transcript
According to Liaoning Province Government Requirement: academic transcript in languages other than Chinese should be translated into Chinese and be certified by notarization. If you can not find translation organization, please contact CUCAS. Transcripts must be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in your country or notarized by a notary office in China.

From professor or associate professor or equivalents
*6. Study Plan
Including personal information, education background, work experience, and academic research proposal (no fewer than 2500 words in English)
*7. English proficiency test certificate (TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC or other certificates)
Applicants without a certificate as above mentioned should pass English level test organized by DMU so as to be admitted to attend the bachelor’s degree programs in English-medium.
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - Video
